What it does

Everything that happens at the counter

From the moment a phone is handed over to the moment the money is taken — everything a notebook does, without the forgetting.

🎫

Job booking

Pick the brand, model and problem from searchable lists. Choosing the problem instantly shows what to do and the usual price. Pattern lock, items handed over and the phone's condition are all recorded.

📦

Parts and purchase orders

Write down a part a job needs and it lands on the "parts to buy" list. Tick the lines, choose a supplier, raise the order. When the parts arrive, stock goes up by itself.

💰

Bills and money

The repair charge plus every part fitted, with GST if you need it. Take money as cash, GPay, PhonePe, card or bank — and record what you pay suppliers the same way.

🛒

Counter sale

A pouch, tempered glass, a charger, a cable — sell it straight over the counter with no repair job. Stock comes down automatically.

🛡

Your guarantee, remembered

30 days on a screen, 90 on a battery — you decide. The clock starts when the phone goes back. If that customer returns, the screen says it is still covered and books the redo free.

💬

WhatsApp the customer

"Your phone is ready" — one button. WhatsApp opens with the message written out; you press send. No charge, no sign-up, no API.

📊

Reports that answer questions

  • Who is holding what
  • Which problem comes most
  • How long jobs have been sitting
  • Money to collect and to pay
  • Day book — money in and out
  • Profit — what is actually left
  • Phones nobody came back for
📱

Selling phones, IMEI by IMEI

A phone is not like a pouch. Every handset is its own item with its own IMEI, so months later you can still say exactly which phone went to which customer — for a warranty claim, a return, or an enquiry. Type an IMEI and you get the phone, the buyer, the bill, and whether the company warranty is still running.

🔄

Exchange and second-hand

Take an old phone against a new one: the value comes off the bill and the old phone lands on your shelf as second-hand stock. Refurbishment cost is tracked separately, so you see the real profit. A used handset cannot be entered without the seller's name and ID proof.

🏦

Finance sales

Bajaj, HDFC, ZestMoney and the rest: which financier, the down payment, how many months, the file number, and the commission you earn. The down payment is recorded as cash and the financier's share as bank, so the customer's balance is right.

🛡

Company warranty claims

A phone under the maker's warranty goes to the authorised service centre — different from a paid chip-level man. The job sheet number they give you is kept, along with when it went and when it is due back. No charge is asked for, because there isn't one.

📶

Recharge and bill payment book

Recharges, DTH and bill payments — dozens of small amounts a day. Each one's commission is recorded, with today's and this month's earnings totalled. That commission is real money that otherwise never gets written down.

🪪

SIM card register

Which SIM went to which customer, what ID was taken, and whether it is live yet. The software will not accept a SIM entry without the ID proof — you are the one who has to produce it if asked.

💰

Spending, and real profit

Rent, current bill, salary, tea, petrol — everything that is not stock. Then the figure the day book could never give you: money in, less stock bought, less running the shop. And what each repair earned, so you can see which work is worth doing.

🔧

Board sent to a chip-level man

The board you cannot fix goes to a specialist in another street. While it is gone that phone is on nobody's shelf — so the software records who took it, how many days it has been away, and what they charge. Late ones show in red, and the job's own screen says where the phone is.

📦

Stock count

Stock always drifts — a piece gets fitted without an entry, one breaks, one walks. Count the shelf and put the system right. Only the parts whose number differs are changed, and every correction is kept with a reason and who counted it.

🧾

Bill on your roll printer

Most counters already have a small thermal roll printer. Set 58mm or 80mm once and the bill comes out the right width — an A4 bill through a roll printer prints as nonsense. Ordinary paper still works if you prefer it.

🤝

"Yes, do it at that price"

Record the amount the customer agreed to before work starts — how they said it (counter, phone, WhatsApp) and when. The argument on delivery day is always about what was said three days earlier. It prints on the job slip too.

🛟

Backup, in one button

Every job, bill, purchase, list and stock figure saved to one file you keep on a pen drive or in Google Drive. If the computer breaks, that file brings the whole shop back. Restoring asks for your own password twice — it is not something to press by accident.

👤

Customer history

Type a phone number and the name fills itself in, along with how many times they have been before, what is open now and what they still owe.

🖨

Slips and photos

Print a slip for the customer — job number, device, IMEI, what they handed over, the estimate and a signature line. Photograph any crack before you open the phone.

How it works

One phone, start to finish

Book it in

Number, model, problem. The estimate and guarantee fill themselves in. Hand the customer a printed slip.

Get the part

Write down what it needs. Order it from the buy list. Stock rises when the parts come in.

Move it along

Checking, repairing, ready — move the stage. Tell the customer on WhatsApp when it is done.

Bill and hand over

Charge and parts become the bill. Take the money. The guarantee clock starts right there.

Ready on day one

Nothing to type in first

Most software starts you with empty lists. This one does not — you can book a job the minute you sign in. Every list is yours to change.

No words you have to look up

🗣

Plain words

"What is the problem?", "Parts to buy", "Ready to give" — the words you already use at the counter.

🔤

English or Tamil

One button at the top switches every screen and every stage. Show the screen to the customer and ask "இதுதானா?"

📱

Like an app on your phone

Press "Add to Home Screen" and it opens like a real app. Lists turn into cards and buttons grow to finger size.

👥

Staff, with limits

Staff can book jobs and take money, but only the owner and manager can change the price list.

🏬

More than one branch

Add branches and pick the main one. Every job records which branch it belongs to.

Your data stays yours

Jobs, bills, orders, stock and customers download as Excel files whenever you want them — and the whole shop saves to one backup file you keep yourself.

🔑

Email sign-in, password recovery

Sign in with an email and password. Forgotten it? Press Forgot password and a link comes to your inbox — good for one hour, usable once.

Questions

Things shop owners ask

I am not good with computers. Can I use it?

Yes. It was written to feel like the notebook, not like a computer program. The lists are already filled in, the words are plain, and you can read every screen in Tamil.

What if the internet goes?

The app itself still opens. But saving a job or a bill needs the connection, because your information is kept on the server, not on one phone.

Can another shop see my information?

No. Every shop's information is kept separate at the database level — one shop's data can never appear in another shop's screens.

How many staff can I add?

As many as you need. Each one signs in with their own phone number and password, and you decide what each of them is allowed to do.

Can I make a GST bill?

Yes. Set your GSTIN and rate once and every new bill uses it, showing the amount before GST, the GST and the total — and printing your GSTIN on top.

Can I look up an old repair?

Yes — search by name, phone number, job number, model or IMEI.
